Returns and exchanges
If you are unhappy with your purchase we are able to exchange for a different item of same value or size providing it is in a new and unworn condition. Unfortunately at this time we cannot offer refunds. Due to being a small business return postage will need to be covered by the buyer.
Shipping & local Delivery
We are happy to locally deliver items within 9miles of Herne Bay. Please select this option via check out and ensure you leave a phone number as this is how I will contact you to arrange a delivery time with you. We aim to deliver all local delivery’s within 24hours of purchase.
We ship in the UK and internationally Via Royal Mail please select the correct shipping at checkout. The waiting time is an Estimate and we cannot guarantee delivery times due to Covid 19 causing lots of delays we will send all packages via tracked shipping and you will be provided with a tracking number.
Lost or Faulty parcels
If you receive a faulty or broken item we will send out a replacement within 7days so don’t panic babe we have got you covered.
If Royal Mail loses your order I am able to file a lost claims form. Please allow 40 days to receive an outcome from this and we are unable to compensate on our behalf before we receive the outcome from Royal Mail as it is out of our control. All lost or faulty orders will be handled accordingly. Thankyou for understanding.
